The bid security may be either a certified check or a proposal guaranty bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Maine. Construction under this contract will be funded by Federal Grant under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP), with participation by the State of Maine Department of Transportation and the Town of Bethel (Owner).
