Student records maintained by the school include: Academic information such as grades, progress reports, student work samples, achievement test data, etc.: Statistical information including aptitude scores, mental ability, permanent school health records, etc.; and Directory infomation on students, such as names, ages, grade, field of study, participation in officially recognized activities, and sports and awards received.
