NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE Please take notice that: G&L Real Estate, LLC 469 Richmond Road Litchfield, ME 04350 Is intending to file a Traffic Movement Permit application with the Maine Department of Transportation pursuant to the provisions of 23 M.R.S.A. § 704 A on or about February 22, 2021 The application is for: The proposed project includes a 20,402 square foot grocery store, 6,883 square foot retail/office building, fuel island with 8 fueling positions and a 2,521 square foot fast-food restaurant with drive-thru lane. The proposed site is a developed lot with a 16,365 square foot grocery store, gasoline/service station with 5 fueling positions, a single-family home with garage and a separate garage structure located near the Meadow Hill Road intersection. The proposed project is estimated to generate a combined total of new site generated trips as follows: Weekday AM Peak Hour of Street = 289 trips Weekday PM Peak Hour of Street 215 trips Saturday Peak Hour = 332 trips At the following location: 440 U.S. Route 202, Greene, ME 04235 A request for a public hearing must be received by the Department, in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing. Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of the application. The application will be filed for public inspection at the Department of Transportation Division office, during normal working hours.
