All apartments are on ground level with an entrance directly to the MARSH ISLAND APARTMENTS-Recently remodeled and located at 345 Main St., this building has 50 one-bedroom apartments with utilities included, Special features include a large Community Room dining room, a sitting room off the foyer, plenty of storage, wall-to- wall carpeting and an emergency response system. Marsh Island Apartments also offers a unique Congregate Housing Services Program* -The Congregate Housing Services Program is a program that offers supportive services to help residents maintain their independence Fees are based on income.
