CITY OF OLD TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Old Town City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the Old Town City Hall, 265 Main Street, Old Town, Maine, for the purpose of receiving public comments on the proposed designation of a Municipal Development and Tax Increment Financing District and adoption of a first amendment to the City's previously adopted First Omnibus Development Program A copy of the proposed amendment to the First Omnibus Development Pro- gram will be on file at the office of the Old Town City Clerk prior to the public hearing, and may be reviewed there during normal business hours. All Old Town residents and property owners are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.
