CITY OF OLD TOWN PUBLIC HEARING The Old Town City Council will conduct Public Hearings on Monday October 21, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Old Town City Council Chambers at 265 Main Street, to hear public comment on the following applications: 1. The Old Town City Council will consider approval of a renewal application for a Malt & Vinous liquor License for Governors Resturant,963 Stilwater Avenue 2. The City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on a proposal to change 25,622 square feet of property from (P) Resource Protection to (R- 1) Low Density Residential as depicted on final subdivision plan #2013015, Old Mill Subdivision, Map 16, Lot 32 and as such be depicted on the "Official Zoning Map" of the City of Old Town and to schedule a second reading.
