TOWN OF ORONO PUBLIC NOTICE The Orono Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Au gust 28, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Cham ber to act on the following: 1. Public Hearings A. A minor site plan review applica tion by Marsh Island Brewing LLC to change the use of the building locat ed at 2 Main St from a brewery and auto repair to the entire building be used for the brewery. B. A minor site plan review applica tion by William Sovis to use the ex isting building at 10 Stillwater Ave, formerly a gas station, conveni- ence store, and Subway, to operate a combination Subway and Mama DeLuca's Pizza Restaurant. C. A minor site plan review applica- tion, due to an easement require- ment, submitted by the Mills Family Realty Trust to construct an access driveway off of Great Brook Dr for forest management purposes on the Trustees land.
