RHW Rangeley Health and Wellness your partners in well-being Rangeley Health and Wellness is seeking a part time Behavioral Health Coordinator for our Rangeley facility. This is a grant funded position for our upcoming fiscal year beginning July 1st, 2018 with a flexible schedule of 24 hours per week. Working in partnership with the Rangeley Schools, the coordinator would also be responsible for class time instruction of Second Step, a nationally recognized curriculum for social and emotional health. Duties and Responsibilities: Organized self-starter capable of working independently . Knowledge and delivery of the Second Step Curriculum, preschool through 8th grade Comfortable working with children and families, in-office and home visits Networking with county, state and federal agencies that support, educate and provide services to children and families in our community Gather and coordinate all available resources in Franklin county/Maine and network with those agencies, both governmental and NGO in order to evaluate and build programs for all ages in the community Perform casework service with parents as an integral part of the task of helping students and parents increase their understanding and their constructive participation in resolving their child's problems and their knowledge and use of appropriate resources available Education and Experience: BA in Social Work or equivalent Licensed Social Worker preferred Experience teaching in a school setting Compensation to commensurate with experience Please forward a resume and cover letter to: [email protected] Rangeley Health and Wellness P.O.
