There is no cost to become a Member As a Member, your role is similar to that of a stockholder in a private corporation. The Members are in essence the "owners" of the Partnership. They meet each year to act on im- portant matters affecting the Partnership. These matters include: the election of directors, amendments or restatements of the articles of incorporation or the bylaws of the Partnership, approval of a merger or dissolution of the Partnership, approval of the sale or mortgage of all or most of the assets of the Partnership, and the selection of the auditor for the Partnership. This year's annual meeting of the Partnership will be held on September 13th, 2018 at 5:00 pm in the lower level of the Rangeley Wellness Pavilion, 25 Dallas Hill Road, Rangeley.
